The focus this year is particularly on direct interaction with customers, the expansion of sales-related structures, and the further development of internal processes. The aim is to deploy resources even more effectively in areas where binder can provide customers with individual, efficient, and sustainable support.

This decision does not signify a fundamental withdrawal from trade fair activities. On the contrary, binder plans to participate in relevant trade fairs again in the future—with a clear positioning, targeted themes, and a strong presence.
